Going Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have my car back!!!!!

This idea for a great outing to Wolverhampton came from the Cottonpatch blog

Jann Haworth worked with Peter Blake on Sgt Pepper’s

I am determined to get out and about!

We did go out about ten days ago, despite the snow.
The WFV’s DB is roadie for The Imagined Village

It was a chance to visit the newish Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury.  I always think of Shrewsbury as rather cultured so I am amazed they have had to wait so long for a great venue.  Cannot praise too highly Franks Cafe Bar who do a fabulous pre-theatre dinner, even for Wheat Free Vegetarians Yay!!

Tonight we’re going to Orange Wednesday The Road.

It was a great book……. I’m hoping seeing the film will be a Big Fish experience whereby both film and book are sufficiently different to be considered variations on a theme rather than the star and understudy.
At the weekend we are going to see Binky  in Liverpool as the WFV needs some Chinese ingredients for his school’s new year festivities.

We are all going to be scared witless at  Ghost Stories

WARNING: Pleased be advised that GHOST STORIES contains moments of extreme shock and tension. The show is unsuitable for anyone under 15.  We strongly advise those of a nervous disposition to think very seriously before attending this show.

Whooooooooooooooooooooooooo

In May we have tickets for Reginald D Hunter

Gotta love a man who wears bunches!

One Response to Going Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oooh tell me, is Ghost Stories the play I heard discussed on the radio last week which sounded so intriguing?! Not sure it’s my kind of thing but it really had me glued to the radio (hah…so much that I can’t remember the name of the play!!)

Sounds like you’re over another tough month….good-o. Lighter nights and sunnier days can’t really be too far way, can they? Have fun in Liverpool, anyway!
